sound-absorbing and heat insulating material is produced by the synthetic fiber of PP+PET.The bi-component material is a three-dimensional network structure,light weight,fluffiness,has high resilience and thermal resistance,has better sound absorbing and heat insulaing performance.On line composite(PP/PET)spunbonded nonwoven fabric increased the material strength and heat-insulating effect which convenient our clients processing use.
Applications:
The bi-component material can reduce the noise energy under high noise environment,the lightweight could reduce motion energy consumption and high resistant of heat conduction under high temperature.Widely used in interior sandwich,top fabric lining and other parts in auto and high speed train,etc.
